Return to Yourself Program - 3 Months
Return to Yourself is a three-month multi-modality container designed for the human who is done surviving, done repeating the same painful cycles, and ready to come home to themselves in a real, grounded way.
This isn’t a quick fix, period. This is the work that gives you the tools to move into real healing. Slowly, intentionally, and from the inside out.
Trauma-informed mindfulness coaching lays the groundwork for your healing. This work helps you get honest about your patterns, uncover what’s actually keeping you stuck, and build the self-trust to begin releasing old trauma. In between our weekly sessions, you’ll be given exercises and journaling prompts to help you better regulate your nervous system, respond instead of react, and tune into yourself so that you have better alignment within yourself rather than feeling overwhelmed.
You’ll begin to feel the weight of old patterns lift, even just a little at first. Maybe you won’t even notice. Giving you the room to breathe and show up for yourself in ways you’ve always needed.
Breathwork is a catalyst — a deep, somatic process that helps you access what’s been held beneath the surface for years. This is where the old stories loosen, emotions release, and the body finally gets to exhale. These sessions don’t tiptoe in gently. They dig in, stir up the stuff that keeps you stuck, and challenge you to face what’s been buried. The work is intense, sometimes uncomfortable, but it opens doors that have been closed for far too long. The shifts you experience don’t end when the session does — they continue to unfold in the days and weeks after, pulling at the threads of your trauma, releasing what no longer serves you, and redefining the terrain of your nervous system and inner narrative from the inside out.
Movement sessions are about dropping into your body and letting it speak for itself. This is for anyone carrying tension they can’t shake or who just wants to feel at home in their own skin. Movement isn’t about doing it “right” or hitting some pose perfectly. It’s about listening, tuning out the mind chatter, and letting your body guide the way.
Each session is an invitation to tune into your body and trust what it already knows. I’m here to hold the space, notice what you notice, and help you lean into the small releases and shifts that happen when tension finally lets go. It’s about exploring your edges, honoring what arises, and feeling the ease that comes from truly listening to your body.
The effects take root. You might feel it in small ways. Your body starts to settle in ways you didn’t even realize it needed. Breath comes a little fuller. Tension melts from your shoulders, and you move through the world with a bit more ease. More grounded, softer, and more at home in yourself, in your body.

Weekly Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Coaching (45mins) – uncover what’s keeping you stuck and begin releasing old trauma. Build the tools to respond instead of react and move through life with better awareness or your triggers and what activates you
2 Breathwork Sessions – this isn’t gentle. Breathwork digs in, stirs up buried emotions, and opens the layers your mind can’t reason through.
Bi-weekly Yoga (6 sessions) – letting the body lead the way, releasing tension, exploring your edges and feeling more at home in yourself
Messaging Support – check in between sessions for guidance and accountability. I’m here for support and to help ground you when you need it
Journaling + exercises + tools – integrate insights, track progress and begin to turn reflection into action.
Full nervous system integration – combine these practices for lasting shifts beyond the container.
