Breathwork isn’t about being guided through a nice experience. It’s a reclamation — a deep, grounded return to the parts of you that have been calling out for years.

This work is hard. It’s gritty. It will challenge you and pull you into places you’ve avoided, the ones that actually need your attention. Breathwork doesn’t ask you to show up honestly — it demands it. It strips back the masks, the bypassing, the comfortable narratives, and starts breaking down the walls of the stories your mind uses to keep you safe.

You’re not here to be fixed.
You’re here to come back to the you that’s always been there — before the trauma, before the world told you to be someone else.

I’m not here to lead you — I’m here to hold the container, anchor the space, and support the process your subconscious already knows how to move through. This is your journey. Your breath. Your body doing the work it’s been waiting to do.

What Breathwork Is

Breathwork is more than just breathing. It’s a powerful, intentional practice that helps get your ego out of the way — the part of you that wants to keep you safe, even when “safe” is keeping you stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. It moves you past the thinking mind and into the deeper layers of your nervous system, into the parts of you that hold tension, trauma, and unprocessed emotion. This is where old patterns unclench, long-held emotions rise to the surface, and the parts of you that have been screaming to be heard finally get a voice.

It lets the subconscious step forward — the part of you that actually knows what needs to be healed.

Who This Work Is For

This is for the humans who are done carrying old weight, done shrinking, done pretending they’re fine, or are just stuck and can’t figure out why.
Maybe you’ve journaled, read every book, tried every strategy, but nothing has truly shifted. That’s because the body holds the things that were too hard to process, that didn’t feel safe to speak about, or maybe you weren’t even aware of how it affected you on a deeper level. This is where breathwork comes in — breaking down those walls and helping you access the spaces you can’t think your way into.

After Your Session

The work doesn’t stop when the session ends. Breathwork opens doors that have been closed for far too long — it stirs up what’s been buried and begins shifting the patterns that have been running under the surface. You may feel a release immediately, or it may show up over time — sometimes subtle, sometimes bold and in your face. Integration unfolds at its own pace and time.
